Signature Intimate Restoration™ is Dr. Stepp’s most comprehensive approach for addressing these concerns together. It combines internal reconstruction, external reconstruction, and treatment selected to support tissue quality in one coordinated plan. The goal is a more complete restoration of comfort, function, and appearance.
Patients who do not need the complete program may consider any of its treatments individually.
1. Internal Restoration
Vaginoplasty can address the front, back, and sides of the vaginal walls, as well as the supporting structures between them, when the anatomy requires it. Dr. Stepp evaluates the full length of the vaginal canal rather than assuming that one standard repair will address every concern.

2. External Restoration
Labiaplasty and other external procedures can address labial discomfort, asymmetry, excess tissue, contour, and appearance. When appropriate, the plan may also include the clitoral hood, labia majora, perineum, or mons so that related concerns are considered together.

Dr. Stepp is one of approximately 10 currently practicing surgeons in the United States with fellowship training in both urogynecology and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. He completed both fellowships at Cleveland Clinic and has performed more than 3,000 pelvic reconstructive procedures. That combination of training and experience allows him to consider internal support, external anatomy, minimally invasive surgery, and sexual function in the same plan.
