Kevin Stepp, MD, FACOG, URPS
One of the few surgeons in the nation with dual fellowship training in both Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS). Cleveland Clinic trained, Dr. Kevin Stepp brings decades of high-volume surgical experience to a more personal, patient-focused practice centered on complex care and continuity throughout recovery.
Dr. Stepp’s work in intimate aesthetic reconstruction is grounded in more than 20 years of pelvic surgery and reconstruction. His training in urogynecology and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery allows him to consider appearance, comfort, support, and sexual function together, including medical conditions that may contribute to a patient’s concerns.
Intimate Aesthetics, Reconstruction and Sexual Health
Sexual function is an important part of women’s health at every age, yet it is often overlooked. Changes in intimate appearance can affect confidence, and some aesthetic concerns also cause physical discomfort. Both can influence libido and sexual function. Childbirth, aging, hormonal changes, endometriosis, pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, Bartholin gland disease, and prior surgery may also be part of the same conversation. Dr. Stepp considers these issues together so treatment can address what matters to the patient, whether her goals are functional, aesthetic, or both.

Training and Experience
Dr. Stepp completed fellowship training at Cleveland Clinic in both Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS). He has more than 20 years of experience caring for patients with complex pelvic conditions.
- Board Certification: Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) and Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN).
- Fellowship Training at Cleveland Clinic: Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
Complex pelvic conditions often involve both anatomy and function. Training in reconstruction and minimally invasive surgery allows Dr. Stepp to consider both when planning treatment and recovery.
That background is directly relevant to intimate aesthetic surgery. The labia, vagina, pelvic floor, bladder, and structures involved in pelvic pain are closely related. Dr. Stepp can consider how an aesthetic procedure may affect function and whether a medical condition should be addressed as part of the same plan.
